Pacific Oaks Children’s School provides programs for children ages 6 months through 5 years of age, including an infant-toddler parent participation program and either part-day or full-day classes. We have been at the forefront of early childhood education for 70 years, and we are known for our progressive philosophy and pioneering accomplishments in the areas of anti-bias education, emergent curriculum, and conflict resolution.
Pacific Oaks Children’s School provides an idyllic setting for early childhood education. Nestled above the Arroya in Pasadena, our expansive one and one-half acre campus features oak trees and original Craftsman homes are home to richly stimulating classrooms, play yards, an art studio, and a neighborhood-like atmosphere. Hundreds of families have joined our inclusive community where each individual is provided with an opportunity to learn and contribute in an environment of acceptance. All of us play a role in maintaining this cooperative spirit, and parents are invited to involve themselves in the life of the school.
